About the Role :
We are seeking a highly qualified Nursing Home Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our facility in Marka, AN2. As the Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care and that our facility is in compliance with all state and federal regulations. You will work closely with our staff to create a welcoming and supportive environment for our residents and their families.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Current Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of Illinois.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a nursing home or long-term care facility.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations related to nursing homes and long-term care facilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
