Community Care is hiring a Clinical Nurse Educator /Employee Health Coordinator (Registered Nurse) who enjoys team collaboration, designing and delivering development programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of our staff and leaders so they can do their best work, coordinating key employee health activities, and being part of a mission-driven organization. This is a full-time opportunity (40 hours/week) based in Milwaukee, WI. Some local travel is required.
Clinical Nurse Educator & Employee Health Coordinator – Key Job Responsibilities:
Develops and implements learning and development programs for employees and leaders, using empirical development methods and consulting with stakeholders.
Instructs courses for new employees.
Develops, implements, and provides ongoing administration and monitoring of employee health initiatives, programs, and associated policies and procedures.
Evaluates and improves effectiveness of learning and development solutions.
Promotes a Learning Organization by consulting on best practices in learning and development and encouraging internal stakeholders towards the best solutions to fit the needs of the learners.
Clinical Nurse Educator /Employee Health Coordinator Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in nursing required. Adult education and instructional design course work is preferred.
License: State of Wisconsin RN license required.
Experience: A minimum of 4 years recent experience in health care, long-term care or social services, including experience in nursing education, staff development,adult learning and/or quality assurance.
Preferred Experience: in addition to that required includes, experience working in an employee/occupational health role, and previous experience working in the Family Care, Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly, or Partnership program.
License: State of Wisconsin RN license required
