As a Home Health Aide, you will assist clients with daily living activities and provide support to help them maintain their independence. Your role will involve working closely with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care.
Responsibilities :
- Help with meal preparation and nutrition
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities
- Monitor and record client health status and report any changes to healthcare professionals
- Light housekeeping and laundry duties
