Community Care is seeking a full-time clinician to provide clinical supervision to our Adult Case Management and Children's Case Management programs. Minimum Qualifications: Clinical Licensure, eligibility for MHRT/C, experience working with children/families/adults.
Clinical Supervisors oversee clinical operations to ensure quality client services that comply with Community Care values and standards of care, as well as all state and federal guidelines. Clinical Supervisors guide the process of identifying clients' behavioral, medical, social, rehabilitative, and educational needs. Clinical Supervisors are responsible for the development of quality comprehensive assessments. Clinical supervisors assist in facilitating the services required to meet targeted client needs and are ultimately responsible for the production and implementation of efficient and effective service/treatment plans. It is the responsibility of Clinical Supervisors to ensure that staff understand and support the team/program treatment model and conduct the work of the program/team accordingly. Clinical Supervisors ensure that program staff have clinical supervision and consultation as required by both program regulations and specific situations. Clinical Supervisors work with program managers/directors to ensure compliance with all regulatory and funding requirements. Clinical Supervisors assess the clinical training needs of staff and participate in activities related to continuous quality improvement, including formal and informal program evaluation.
