This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Visit Support Worker - Children and Families. You will work closely with families to help them achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
Duties:
- Supervise visits between children and their family members in various settings, including our Family Visitation Centers, homes, and communities.
- Develop and implement effective visit plans that meet the unique needs of each family.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support services are provided to families.
- Document progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
- 6 months of experience working with children and families.
- Reliable transportation and a State of Maine driver's license.
