What You’ll Do:
As the Office Assistant, you’ll provide administrative support reporting to the Director of Operations and Administration.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with accounts payable by uploading and categorizing receipts.
- Provide support with documentation required for Client Trust accounts
- Schedule monthly staff meetings and assist with material preparation
- Audit employee training and certifications to ensure compliance
- Support employee recruitment by scheduling interviews, completing background checks and onboarding paperwork
- Support the client experience by scheduling client meetings and appointments, and preparing various monthly checklists

- Attention to Detail - Ensuring accuracy in data entry, scheduling, and document handling.

- Strong Communication - answering phones, greeting visitors, drafting emails, and reports.
- Time Management - prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
