Case Manager/Family Child Care Director - CCCS
Somerville and Perth Amboy, NJ
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides effective leadership to the assigned programs and or events.
- Planning, directing, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating all aspects of the programming in the Family Child Care, Family, Friends & Neighbors, CPR, Food Program, Provider Appreciation, Super Saturday Event and Provider Voices, programs by performing the duties given below personally or through subordinates.
- Requires demonstrated discretionary judgement, critical thinking, communication skills and attention to detail.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) with 3 years of management or supervisory experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have excellent managerial and organizational skills.
- Critical thinking, problem solving, communication and writing skills are essential.
- Computer skills with the ability to use Access, Excel database systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history required.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.
