Community Child Care Solutions seeks a Customer Service Specialist to answer incoming phone calls and emails, perform data entry, and review applications to determine eligibility based upon state guidelines.
Responsibilities: Data entry and review of applications to determine eligibility, based upon state guidelines. Answer incoming calls and e-mails and/ or direct inquires (e.g.. "walk-ins) to another more appropriate coworker. Scheduling and conducting Parent Education Trainings. Maintaining Customer Service department email inbox.
Requirements: Must have knowledge of New Jersey Cares for Kids, Workfirst New Jersey, and E Child Care Must have knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and Foxit.
