Position Summary
The Chief Growth Officer (CGO) at CCCU is responsible for driving sustainable growth by overseeing all aspects of the growth strategy, including retail operations, sales, commercial services, consumer services, and outbound calling. The CGO will collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategies that enhance the credit union's market position, expand its membership base, and increase revenue.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy that encompasses all assigned departments, ensuring alignment with the credit union’s overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with the Executive Team to set ambitious yet achievable growth targets, driving the organization toward its strategic goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansions.
