The Unbanking Center Manager plays a pivotal role in spearheading the daily operations of our branch, ensuring unparalleled member service, staff management, and driving the growth of Community Choice Credit Union.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management: As a leader, you will be responsible for motivating and coaching staff to achieve performance goals and deliver exceptional service to members. You will supervise, train, and monitor the work of direct reports through ongoing training and development opportunities that enhance employee skills and knowledge. Conduct regular performance evaluations and address any performance issues in a timely manner.
- Operations Management: Oversee all center operations, including cash handling, member transactions, and account maintenance, to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Perform all facets of deposit and lending operations, including account openings and credit analysis of loans. Monitor center performance metrics and take proactive steps to address areas needing improvement.
- Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to attract new members and grow existing member relationships. Drive center profitability by achieving revenue targets, managing expenses, and minimizing risk. Prepare and present regular reports on center performance to senior management.
- Member Service Excellence: Foster a member-centric culture within the center by promoting a welcoming and engaging environment for members. Resolve member inquiries, complaints, and escalations promptly and effectively. Identify opportunities to enhance member satisfaction through service offerings and personalized solutions.
- 3-5 years' experience in financial services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Through understanding of financial products, services, and industry regulations.
- 2-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school.
