Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the performance of multiple stores and teams to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Maintain store appearance and ensure compliance with quality standards and local laws.
- Supervise cash management, loss prevention, and audit loan/pawn agreements and transactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail operations, finance, or related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
