Key Responsibilities :
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Carefully validate and process various customer transactions, including check cashing and money transfers.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by offering tailored financial services that align with individual lifestyles.
- Accurately enter and manage customer information in our Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Generate new business through daily inbound and outbound call campaigns.
- Assist with customer account management and collections, including handling payments and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain store cleanliness and uphold a welcoming appearance to enhance the customer experience.
- Follow security protocols and perform proper opening and closing procedures related to cash management.
- Comply with company policies and all relevant laws and regulations.
- Engage in continuous training to stay current on our evolving products and services.
