As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will be integral to our dynamic environment, forging strong connections with our diverse customer base and ensuring a seamless, exceptional in-store experience.
Responsibilities :
- Build and nurture relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and foster loyalty.
- Accurately process a variety of customer transactions, including check cashing, money transfers, and customer payments.
- Proactively support customer success by providing tailored financial services that match their lifestyle.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Generate new business through daily inbound and outbound call campaigns.
- Support customer account management by accepting payments, monitoring accounts, and scheduling appointments.
- Ensure the cleanliness and professional appearance of the store to enhance customer experience.
- Adhere to security protocols and follow proper opening and closing procedures, including cash management.
- Comply with company policies, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on evolving products and processes.
- Effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment to meet individual and team performance standards.
- Commit to a full-time schedule with in-person attendance, including weekends, with at least 40 hours per week.
