Responsibilities :
- Build meaningful connections with customers to foster long-lasting relationships that encourage repeat business.
- Efficiently review, validate, and process a variety of customer transactions with precision, including check cashing, money transfers, and payments.
- Proactively enhance customer satisfaction by offering tailored financial services that align with their needs.
- Accurately enter and maintain customer information in our Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Generate new business opportunities through daily inbound and outbound call campaigns.
- Assist in managing customer accounts and collections by accepting payments and organizing appointments.
- Ensure the store maintains high standards of cleanliness and appearance to improve the customer experience.
- Follow established security protocols and properly execute opening and closing procedures, including managing the vault and cash drawer.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and all relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
- Engage in continuous training and stay updated on our evolving products and processes.
- Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, efficiently handling multiple tasks to meet individual and team performance goals.
- Maintain a full-time work schedule, including weekends, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
