Responsibilities :
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the entire loan or pawn process by informing customers and making personalized recommendations that meet their financial needs.
- Support customer account management (collections) by processing payments, scheduling, and managing customer appointments.
- Achieve company performance goals by developing business relationships, obtaining referrals, and engaging in community and in-store events.
- Foster customer relationships to drive new business, enhance store profitability, and strengthen brand loyalty.
- Accurately enter and maintain customer information within the Point-of-Sale system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
- Participate in continuous training to remain current on our products and processes.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks to meet both individual and team performance objectives.
- Utilize strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with customers and team members at all levels.
- Commit to a full-time work schedule with regular in-person attendance, including some weekend shifts, totaling at least 40 hours per week.
