As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be essential in our fast-paced environment, where building relationships with our diverse customer base is key to ensuring seamless transactions and outstanding in-store experiences.
Your Responsibilities :
- Establish connections with customers to foster lasting relationships that encourage repeat business.
- Review, validate, and accurately process customer transactions including check cashing, money transfers, and payments.
- Enhance customer success by proactively offering personalized financial services tailored to their needs.
- Maintain precise customer information in our Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Drive new business through daily inbound and outbound call campaigns.
- Assist with customer account management and collections, including handling payments and monitoring appointments.
- Ensure that both the internal and external appearance of the store meets cleanliness standards to elevate the customer experience.
- Follow security protocols and execute appropriate opening and closing procedures, including managing the vault and cash drawer.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and all relevant laws and regulations.
- Engage in continuous training to stay updated on our evolving products and processes.
- Thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks effectively to achieve both individual and team goals.
- Commit to a full-time work schedule of at least 40 hours per week, including weekends.
