As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be essential in our fast-paced environment, where building relationships with our diverse customer base is key to ensuring seamless transactions and outstanding in-store experiences.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Establish connections with customers to foster lasting relationships that encourage repeat business.
  • Review, validate, and accurately process customer transactions including check cashing, money transfers, and payments.
  • Enhance customer success by proactively offering personalized financial services tailored to their needs.
  • Maintain precise customer information in our Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
  • Drive new business through daily inbound and outbound call campaigns.
  • Assist with customer account management and collections, including handling payments and monitoring appointments.
  • Ensure that both the internal and external appearance of the store meets cleanliness standards to elevate the customer experience.
  • Follow security protocols and execute appropriate opening and closing procedures, including managing the vault and cash drawer.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Engage in continuous training to stay updated on our evolving products and processes.
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks effectively to achieve both individual and team goals.
  • Commit to a full-time work schedule of at least 40 hours per week, including weekends.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor when interacting with customers and team members.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficient in using phones, Point of Sale systems, Microsoft Office, and other computer software.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Background check required (in accordance with applicable law).
  • Ability to meet physical demands, including standing for long periods, moving up to 25 pounds, and operating mechanical controls.
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with check cashing, document verification, and money order processing.
  • Prior experience in cash handling and vault management.
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) is advantageous and may be necessary for specific locations.
