Overview : As a Director of Operations , you will be pivotal in overseeing the performance and growth of multiple locations dedicated to providing alternative lending solutions. Your leadership will ensure that our stores meet customer needs while maintaining operational excellence. Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement tailored sales goals based on the Company's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), communicating clear action plans to store teams to boost performance.
  • Track, analyze, and report on store and district performance, identifying opportunities for growth while managing full profit and loss responsibility.
  • Establish clear development paths for Team Members, maintaining a strategic succession plan.
  • Collaborate with Recruiting to develop strategies for attracting, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
  • Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase Company visibility and customer engagement.
  • Ensure adherence to cleanliness and safety standards through regular store inspections and collaboration with various departments to address any repair needs.
  • Safeguard Company assets by conducting thorough store audits and performing rigorous financial reviews.
  • Promote a workplace environment that complies with Company policies as well as local, state, and federal regulations, serving as the primary contact for Legal, Compliance, and Human Resources.
  • Verify management audits and ensure all transactions align with Company policies.
  • Visit each location regularly to provide mentorship, training, and support to store teams.
  • Utilize your personal vehicle for Company business, including travel between store locations within the district.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adeptly managing multiple tasks to meet performance goals.
  • Leverage strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and engage with customers and Team Members at all levels.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of six years of leadership experience or three years at a District Manager / Multi-Unit level.
  • Experience managing at least eight retail locations with a minimum of eight direct reports.
  • Proven track record in employee mentoring and development.
  • Willingness to travel daily throughout the district to fulfill job responsibilities.
  • Exceptional people management skills with the ability to foster a culture of accountability.
  • Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and time-management capabilities.
  • Experience with financial management, including proficiency in handling profit and loss reports and budgets.
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing up to 90% of the time and moving up to 25 pounds.
  • Preferred Qualifications and Skills :

  • Proven history of successfully growing and managing multiple store locations.
  • Innovative mindset with strategic approaches to increasing brand awareness.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus and may be necessary for certain locations.
