Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement tailored sales goals based on the Company's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), communicating clear action plans to store teams to boost performance.
- Track, analyze, and report on store and district performance, identifying opportunities for growth while managing full profit and loss responsibility.
- Establish clear development paths for Team Members, maintaining a strategic succession plan.
- Collaborate with Recruiting to develop strategies for attracting, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
- Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase Company visibility and customer engagement.
- Ensure adherence to cleanliness and safety standards through regular store inspections and collaboration with various departments to address any repair needs.
- Safeguard Company assets by conducting thorough store audits and performing rigorous financial reviews.
- Promote a workplace environment that complies with Company policies as well as local, state, and federal regulations, serving as the primary contact for Legal, Compliance, and Human Resources.
- Verify management audits and ensure all transactions align with Company policies.
- Visit each location regularly to provide mentorship, training, and support to store teams.
- Utilize your personal vehicle for Company business, including travel between store locations within the district.
