Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the recruiting process for store representatives within your geographic area using iCIMS, our Applicant Tracking System.
- Develop a robust pipeline of exceptional candidates through diverse sourcing strategies and recruitment tools, especially in challenging markets.
- Engage actively in social media platforms to enhance our employment brand and increase candidate engagement.
- Establish strong partnerships with Hiring Managers for strategic workforce planning, promoting employee referrals, and ensuring a stellar experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Provide detailed reports on staffing levels and requisition activity, clearly communicating hiring goals and performance metrics to both Hiring Managers and the Recruiting Management Team.
