General Manager
Oversight of store success and team performance is the primary responsibility of this role. Setting high standards for performance and customer service, ongoing coaching and training are provided to achieve company objectives, increase revenue, and develop skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and lead store employees to obtain new business and increase store growth by demonstrating knowledge of systems, company standards, account management, recovery, job duties, and performance reports.
- Identify local marketing strategies, utilize business-to-business partnership opportunities, obtain referrals, host and participate in community and in-store events to drive growth and build revenue.
- Enforce adherence to quality standards, procedures, and local and state laws and regulations.
- Audit loan/pawn agreements and transactions to ensure staff accordance with procedures and practices.
- Supervise office security, cash management, and loss prevention by verifying and documenting cash overages/shortages, vault, inventory, deposits, and expenses.
- Ensure store is staffed for optimal performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of experience and proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, financial, service, or related industries.
- Ability to work phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems.
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).
- Ability to meet physical demands of position, including remaining in a stationary position up to 90% of the time, moving and transporting up to 25 pounds, and operating mechanical controls.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
