Store Manager
As a Store Manager, you will leverage your leadership skills to coach, train, and guide your team to excel in their roles and uphold our high-quality standards. Reporting to the General Manager, you will serve as their right-hand person and run daily operations in their absence. You will make a positive impact on overall store performance by setting the example for account management, marketing, and compliance all while providing an unmatched customer experience in our high-velocity and fast-paced environment.
Your role will include coaching, leading, and developing all store employees to obtain new business and increase store growth by demonstrating knowledge of and training on systems, Company standards, account management, recovery (collections), job duties, and performance reports.
You will also lead the charge and set the example for all store employees to identify local marketing strategies, use business-to-business partnership opportunities, obtain referrals, host, and participate in community and in-store events to steer growth and build revenue.
Key responsibilities include enforcing adherence to quality standards, procedures, and local and state laws and regulations. You will audit loan/pawn agreements and transactions to ensure staff accordance with procedures and practices. Additionally, you will participate in audits and compliance reviews as directed by the corporate office or District Manager.
You will supervise and maintain office security including cash management and loss prevention by verifying and documenting cash overages/shortages, vault, inventory, deposits, and expenses. You will examine, evaluate, and process loan/pawn applications and all relevant transactions, and assess risk within established limits.
Develop work schedules in accordance with budget, workloads, and store needs. Ensure store is staffed for optimal performance.
Monitor and maintain internal and external store appearance and address basic facilities needs, including scheduling maintenance services. This includes overseeing store planogram and ensuring seasonal and/or promotional marketing material are displayed properly.
Work efficiently in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment and handle multiple challenging tasks with ease to meet individual and team performance standards.
Ability to maintain a full-time work schedule with regular in-person attendance, including some weekend hours, is required for this position. A full-time work schedule for this position includes, at a minimum, 40-hours per week.*

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of one year customer service, retail, and/or sales experience, hands-on cash management experience, proficiency in using phone system, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and may be required for certain locations.
