Key Responsibilities :
- Coach, lead, and empower store employees to drive new business and enhance growth by delivering comprehensive training on systems, company standards, account management, collections, job responsibilities, and performance metrics.
- Initiate and exemplify local marketing strategies, leverage business-to-business partnerships, secure referrals, and engage in community events to enhance store revenue.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and local / state regulations by auditing agreements and transactions, as well as participating in compliance reviews as directed.
- Oversee office security, including cash management processes, documenting cash discrepancies, maintaining inventory, and following proper opening and closing protocols.
- Evaluate and process loan applications, assessing risk within established limits.
- Contribute to the hiring process by selecting, reviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Design work schedules that align with store budgets and operational needs to ensure optimal staffing.
- Address complex customer inquiries with integrity and professionalism.
- Monitor store appearance and coordinate maintenance services, ensuring effective display of seasonal and promotional materials.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently to meet performance standards.
- Utilize strong interpersonal communication skills to engage with customers and team members.
- Maintain a full-time schedule, including some weekend availability, is essential for this position.
