What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Store Leader position at Community Choice Financial Family of Brands?
Overview : As a Retail Store Leader, you will utilize your strong leadership skills to coach, train, and mentor your team, ensuring they excel in their roles and uphold our high-quality standards. Reporting to the General Manager, you will act as their right hand and manage daily operations in their absence. You will play a key role in enhancing overall store performance by demonstrating excellence in account management, marketing, and compliance, while providing an exceptional customer experience in our fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- Train, coach, and supervise Customer Service Team Members to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Assess risks associated with financial transactions, accurately process loan / pawn applications, check cashing transactions, and ancillary products.
- Build and maintain customer relationships through daily inbound and outbound call campaigns to drive business, bolster store profitability, and enhance brand loyalty.
- Maximize customer satisfaction by offering ancillary products that meet their needs.
- Ensure security protocols are followed, and conduct proper opening and closing procedures, including managing the vault and cash drawer.
- Oversee account management and recovery processes, while emphasizing customer service to minimize loss and charge-off accounts, including collection calls.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal regulations through store audits, reporting, and compiling financial data.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, appealing, and well-maintained, addressing basic facility needs and scheduling maintenance services as necessary.
- Assist in managing daily operations in the General Manager’s absence.
- Adapt quickly to the dynamic needs of a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively to meet performance standards.
- Maintain a full-time work schedule with consistent in-person attendance, including weekends, totaling a minimum of 40 hours per week.
