About the Role
As a Store Operations Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our stores and teams. You will set the tone for high-performance customer service, provide ongoing coaching and training to team members, and contribute to achieving Company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and develop store employees to drive new business growth and expansion.
- Lead by example in identifying local marketing strategies, leveraging business-to-business partnerships, and participating in community events.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
- Safeguard office security, manage cash handling, and implement loss prevention measures.
- Evaluate loan/pawn applications, assess risk within established limits, and process transactions efficiently.
Audit and Compliance
- Participate in internal audits and compliance reviews as directed by the corporate office or District Manager.
- Develop work schedules aligned with budget, workload, and store needs.
- Handle complex customer situations with integrity and professionalism.
- Maintain external and internal store appearance, addressing basic facilities needs.
- Navigate rapidly changing environments, prioritizing tasks to meet individual and team performance standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum two years of experience in supervisory or leadership roles in retail, finance, service, or related industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Aptitude to work with phone systems, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other software tools.
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle usage for work purposes (mileage compensated).
