Job Description Summary:
Community Cleaning and Maintenance offers boutique janitorial and light maintenance services within the state of Alabama. Porter/Housekeeping positions within our company provide quality customer service for multi-family and commercial properties. These positions report to an Operations Manager within the company.
Responsibilities and Duties:
The full-time position available is for a residential building in downtown Birmingham. This position is Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Example of job duties including but not limited to:
1. Trash removal
2. Cleaning of all common areas to include vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, glass cleaning, dusting, etc.
3. Amenities cleaning (fitness, club rooms, lounge, etc)
4. Elevator Cleaning
5. Office Cleaning
7. Model Cleaning
8. Bathroom Cleaning
9. Supply inventory
Qualifications and Skills:
Excellent verbal communication
Ability to work independently with little supervision
Excellent Attendance
Organizational Skills
Detail Oriented
Great location with above average industry pay with no nights and weekends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 per hour
