OUR HISTORY
Community Cleaning and Maintenance was formed to provide professional janitorial and maintenance services to properties in the Central and Northern Alabama area. We have continuously been serving the Birmingham market since 1975, and have established relationships within the labor market and have provided training, supervision and service management of buildings and projects throughout the metropolitan area.

Description of role:
We are currently seeking energetic and highly motivated individuals to join our team as a Part Time Commercial Janitor. The Janitor will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing break rooms, kitchenettes, making coffee, stocking coffee/drink supplies, sanitizing touch points.

Tasks:

• Making Coffee on numerous floors
• cleaning breakrooms and kitchenettes
• Stocking coffee/refreshment supplies
• Sanitizing touch points
• Skills and Requirements:

• 1 years janitorial experience
• Ability to work well under minimal supervision
• Capacity to take direction
• Strong attention to detail
• Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 20 pounds as necessary

Work Schedule:

Monday thru Friday

6AM-10AM

Salary: This positions pays $12.00 per hour
