Job Summary
Community Clinic is seeking a Marshallese speaking Call Center Agent. The role is responsible for answering and routing incoming calls, scheduling patient appointments, and obtaining/confirming patient information. Job is full time, M-F with an excellent benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides exceptional customer service during all exchanges with patients and other callers.
- Enters new patients into the electronic medical record (EMR) completely and accurately.
- Confirms or updates existing patient demographic information completely and accurately.
- Schedules medical patient appointments and routes dental patient appointment inquiries appropriately.
- Ensures provider schedules are filled according to clinic guidelines.
- Trouble shoots medical calls and routes accordingly.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Bilingual ability (Marshallese/English) is required.
- Some customer service or call center experience preferred.
- Experience with electronic medical records is a plus.
