Minimum Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in instructional technology, information science, computer science, or related computer area and a minimum of one year of related work experience.
- An associate’s degree in instructional technology, information science, computer science, or related computer area and a minimum of three years of related work experience.
- Extensive Blackboard, web authoring, Intranets/Extranets and/or web technology experience preferred.
- Experience in multimedia production, course design, or curriculum design preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

- Detail orientated and have a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Assists prospective, new, and current students with questions about getting started in a fully online program at CCAC.
- Assists all students in blackboard related issues.

- Works closely with the Virtual Campus Academic Advisor in the student life-cycle process.
- Uses CRM to communicate important information and market to prospective, new, and current Virtual Campus students.
- Uses SignalVine to communicate important information and market to prospective, new, and current Virtual Campus students.
- Assists with daily Service Desk tickets addressing faculty and student issues.
- Actively participates on assigned projects, including cross-functional college-wide initiatives, while providing timely feedback to manager and team.
- Interprets and presents information and ideas clearly and accurately using various communication methods. This includes maintaining accurate, organized, and detailed records and reports.
- Works cooperatively with staff within the Virtual Campus Department and other divisions of the college to accomplish departmental, divisional and institutional goals as assigned.
- Performs other related duties as required or assigned.
