The Center for Adult Education Work Study will be responsible for supporting CAE registration and daily office operations. She / he will report to the Center for Adult Education Director and will support the operations of the High School Equivalency (HSE), Community English as a Second Language (ESL), and Citizenship programs as necessary. The CAE Work Study will maintain a flexible schedule that may include evenings and some Saturdays.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting quarterly CAE registration, especially online. There may be need to work a flexible schedule including evenings and occasional Saturday mornings.
Responding to current and prospective student inquiries via phone and email.
Filing student registration forms, coursework, certificates, and other documentation.
Updating and restocking flyers and other marketing materials.
Attending community events to market CAE programs.
Assisting with data collection and reporting, including gathering survey information from students and instructors.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Strong attention to detail
Appreciation and respect for diverse populations
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Must be enrolled in a minimum six (6) credit hours
Must NOT have yet obtained 1st Bachelor's Degree
Must be seeking an eligible program of study
