The position functions as the Assistant Director at the youth summer camp at the Catonsville campus of Community College of Baltimore County.1. Assist with the administration of a camp before, during, and after the camp season and
its operating hours
2. Oversee camp instruction, camper safety and logistics, staff training, or camp
volunteers as assigned.
3. Serve as the camp director in the temporary absence of the camp director.
4. Respond to and address all camp communication needs to all constituencies.
5. Attend all pre-camp meetings and training sessions.
6. Follow best practices and regulations for implementation of youth programming.
7. Understand and follow all camp rules, regulations and safety procedures.
