Community Comfort Care is seeking to hire a DSP Supervisor Hourly Rate between $20.00-$21.00 per hour
About Community Comfort Care LLC:
We serve individuals who have Intellectual Disabilities and Autism in their privately owned homes. Services we provide for our clients are In-Home and Community Support, 24 Hour Respite Care both In-Home/Out of Clients Home, Homemaking/Chore Services and Companion Services as well. We are seeking to Hire Potential Candidates who will provide exceptional care to the clients we serve!
Responsibilities:
The DSP Supervisor will provide leadership and supervisory responsibility for the daily operation of Community Comfort Care services to ensure coordination of staff continuity of patient care for the Intellectual and Physical challenged population.
Provide supervision to staff to facilitate development of patient training plans and ethical practices.
Provide backup coverage and complete interviews and orientation process.
- Manage daily operations of patient services, assuring the services are delivered according to the standards of care and practice within the parameters established,
- Supervise staff and coach employee work outcomes to result in the implementation and achievement of goals and action plans.
- Provide leadership and supervision.
- Represent Community Comfort Care services to various audiences to ensure consistent knowledge of services, processes and participation.
- Facilitate, demonstrate and monitor staff communication of client information to internal and external resources for clients according to Community Comfort Care policy and procedures and consistent with Federal and State confidentiality and Health information Portability and Privacy Act (HIPPA).
- Complete applicant screening and interview process.
- Additional duties as assigned by CEO
Job Type: Part-Time
Pay range from: $20.00-$21.00 Hourly

Requirements:
Must have at least an assosciate's degree or bachelor's degree
Must have at least 2 year experience with providing direct care with the intellectual development disabled and senior citizens populations
Must have at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
Must have knowledge and ability to operate a computer and enter, format, and present data using software such as Miscrosoft word, excel, powerpoint etc..
Must have great communication skills and time management skills
Must be able to work independently, with a minimum of supervision, but also able to work well as a member of the team
Must be flexible with working schedule
Must be 18 Years or Older
Must be CPR/ First Aid Certified
Must have a Valid Driver's License
Must have Reliable Transportation
Must undergo a Criminal Background Check
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
