Human Resources Business Partner – Recruitment
The Human Resources Department is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated individual with a passion for Human Resources in Non-Profit to join our team!
This position is based out of South Paris and travel is required throughout the service area. This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position.
Essential Duties:
- Responsible for providing ongoing support and partnering with hiring Managers
- Ensuring continuity and successful delivery in all the functions and activities associated with recruitment and the Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
- Coordinate all steps of the recruitment cycle, from posting job ads, connecting and recruiting potential candidates, screening applications, managing the hiring process, and maintaining the recruitment database to offers of employment.
- Coordinates processes and maintains accurate employee data within the ADP database and the personnel files, ensuring utmost confidentiality and professionalism throughout.

Desired Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field preferred with 3-5 years of Human Resources/Recruitment experience required
- Experience with recruitment, hiring, or relatable experience preferred
- Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Other Requirements: Be able to provide professional customer service at all times; be proficient in Microsoft Office, proof-reading and editing skills are essential; ability to keep accurate, neat records and maintain an extensive file maintenance system; must be self-motivated and work as part of a cohesive team. Successful candidates must possess the capability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, be a team player, and the ability to lead and motivate others. Must have a valid driver’s license and a vehicle with liability insurance. Pre-employment physical, SBI, DMV, Maine and National Sex Offender Registry, DHHS, fraud, and federal debarment background checks must be completed upon offer of hire and as a condition of employment.
