Traveling Custodial & Maintenance Specialist
Community Concepts Inc. is looking for a dynamic individual to fill the role of Traveling Custodial and Maintenance Specialist to support facilities (rental units, offices, childcare centers, etc.) throughout Androscoggin, Oxford, and Franklin Counties. This position is 40 hours per week and requires a rotating shift of on-call status. The applicant must be able to :
- Complete tasks such as cleaning common areas, some light maintenance, completing necessary paperwork, and snow removal hand work at various locations.
- Travel daily to Community Concepts Facilities.
- Demonstrate a strong attention to detail.
- Be a self-starter and work independently with minimal supervision.
