District Manager - Valet Trash Operations
Location: Denver, CO Metro Area

Community Concierge Services (CCS) is rapidly expanding in the Wilmington, NC Metro area. We provide doorstep waste and recycling solutions to over 120,000 residents nightly. We're seeking a motivated individual to assist in managing our evening valet trash operations for the Coastal NC/SC market based in Wilmington. You will cover communities within 3 hours of Wilmington. This position offers significant growth opportunities for the right candidate.

Community Concierge Services (CCS) is rapidly expanding in the Wilmington, NC Metro area. We provide doorstep waste and recycling solutions to over 120,000 residents nightly. We're seeking a motivated individual to assist in managing our evening valet trash operations for the Coastal NC/SC market based in Wilmington. You will cover communities within 3 hours of Wilmington. This position offers significant growth opportunities for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:

Workforce Management:
- Manage and coordinate a team of part-time porters.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new porters as we add new properties or replace staff.
- Ensure all routes are covered nightly, filling in as necessary.

Operational Oversight:
- Perform quality audits to ensure CCS standards are met.
- Proactively solve issues related to service and staffing.
- Assist in rolling out services to new communities, including distributing containers and marketing materials.

•Administrative Duties:
- Complete payroll for assigned communities.
- Be the primary contact for each community you oversee
- Collaborate with the Regional Manager on staffing and operational strategies.
- Maintain inventory and fleet.
Schedule:

Evening Operations:
- Typically begin at 6:00 PM and conclude by 11:45 PM.
- Must ensure all routes are covered, even if working outside these hours.

Weekend Shifts:
- Oversee weekend operations as required (Friday/Saturday) from 6:00 PM til finish (typically by 10:00PM)

Daytime Work:
- Work remotely or on-site at communities as needed during the day.
- Complete payroll/reports and other administrative tasks
- Hire/Recruit new employees
- Manage inventory
- Rollout new communities and delivery trash containers and marketing materials.

Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive mindset.
- Effective communication skills.
- Physically capable of performing demanding work for extended periods.
- Willingness to grow with a rapidly expanding company.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record; company vehicle provided.
