Community Concierge Services (CCS) is growing quickly in the greater Orlando area. CCS provides doorstep waste and recycling solutions to apartment communities 5-7 Days per week and is currently looking for a motivated individual to assist in valet trash operations based in Atlanta but also includes areas in surrounding areas. This Position has mandatory working days Sunday through Thursday evenings starting at 5pm until routes complete and will be on an on-call basis for Friday and Saturday. Position will be 30-35 hours per week. This position can grow significantly for the right person.
The primary responsibilities include :
Training new employees to CCS Standards and requirements, going over all expectations.
Conducting audits on new employees after their first pickup.
Conducting random audits on employees at managers discretion to ensure all services are being performed in a clean efficient manner.
We can NEVER miss a Day of pickup or a building / breezeway. It is always the full time porters job to ensure their properties are 100% covered every single night / day even working multiple properties or late hours when needed.
Dealing with all issues onsite have during work hours (for example, the compactor is not running, truck maintenance issues).
Responding in a timely manner to all issues / feedback to manager
For the first 30 days, you will act as a fulltime porter, learning the routes in the assigned areas, mastering the CCS app, and filling in as needed for any holes in your assigned markets. This is primarily led by the regional operation manager.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, well versed in time management, able to clearly communicate, handle physically demanding work for extended periods of time, and willing to grow with a rapidly expanding company.
