Job Summary
We are a small -human service agency, seeking a friendly, outgoing, detail-oriented, and highly organized Administrative/HR Assistant to support our small management team/company in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring smooth office functions. This position requires the candidate to have a strong background in administrative support.
General Responsibilities
- Provide administrative/clerical support for the agency and Executive Director, Program Manager, and Nursing personnel
- Coordinate recruitment and support onboarding processes for new hires
- Maintain accurate and up to date records of employee information
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Create documents, forms, spreadsheets, logs, and other tracking systems for the systematic and efficient flow of work agency wide and amongst the leadership team
- Data Entry
- General record keeping and filing
- Schedule and manage patient medical appointments and documents
- Keep up to date and well-organized client health records/charts.
- Order office supplies, keep inventory, and ensure adherence to budget guidlines
- Ensure effective and efficient communication within the leadership team; participate in and facilitate team building and creating a positive work atmosphere.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role within an office environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Extremley proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications. Content creation and website, and social media management experience A PLUS.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to remain calm, proffessional, and adapt to change.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
