Key Responsibilities
As a Program Coordinator/Social Recreational Services, you will be responsible for providing direct support to individuals with disabilities, including counseling and mentoring them on building and nurturing meaningful friendships. You will also maintain a member caseload and document progress, as well as provide and maintain community-based habilitation/therapeutic experiences. To succeed in this role, you will need a strong commitment to serving the community and promoting the overall well-being of individuals with disabilities.
