Community Connections, Inc. is seeking a skilled and self directed Human Resources Generalist to deliver high-quality HR services across multiple disciplines. This position is based in Fall River, MA offers an opportunity to lead full-cycle talent acquisition, support HR operations, and help shape a positive and inclusive workplace. What You’ll Do as a Human Resources Generalist:
- Lead full-cycle talent acquisition efforts, leveraging social media, applicant tracking systems (UKG), and innovative sourcing strategies.
- Oversee onboarding, orientation, and HRIS (UKG) data management to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Collaborate on HR operations, data reporting, and training initiatives under the guidance of the Chief People Officer.
- Manage recruitment events, including job fairs and online hiring platforms, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Contribute to retention strategies by conducting exit and stay interviews and recommending follow-up actions.
- Serve as an HRIS expert, providing support and training to managers and employees.
- Support key HR functions, including performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, and employee relations.
What You’ll Bring as a Human Resources Generalist:
- 2–4 years of HR experience or related office experience (bachelor's degree preferred; High School diploma or GED required).
- Valid driver's license, access to a motor vehicle, and satisfactory driving record
- Proficiency in HR systems and tools, with demonstrated expertise in word processing, spreadsheets, and web-based recruitment tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information to all organizational levels.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
