Our Program Coordinator/Social Recreational Services position is a critical component of this effort, playing a key role in supporting individuals with disabilities and promoting their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities
As a Program Coordinator/Social Recreational Services, you will be responsible for providing direct support to individuals with disabilities, including counseling and mentoring them on building and nurturing meaningful friendships. You will also maintain a member caseload and document progress, as well as provide and maintain community-based habilitation/therapeutic experiences. To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse populations and stakeholders.
