Job Description
Our ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with disabilities, preferably in a supported living setting. They will be able to provide one-on-one support to program members, assist with daily living tasks, and facilitate access to community resources and activities.
The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, communicate clearly and respectfully with program members, and maintain accurate records and reports. They will also be comfortable using technology to complete paperwork and other administrative tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as 6 months of experience working with individuals with disabilities. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are also required.
Applicants should be able to compose routine reports and correspondence, work independently, and demonstrate strong computer and word processing skills. A commitment to advocacy, mentoring, and serving the community is essential.
