What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supported Living Supervisor position at Community Connections, Inc.?
We are Idaho's premier agency serving adults with developmental disabilities, and we are seeking an experienced, motivated and caring Supervisor to work out of our Idaho Falls Supported Living Program.
Supervisors are responsible for supporting participant success while ensuring paperwork obligations are met; training and supporting direct care staff, frequently visiting participant homes, and ensuring client satisfaction are priorities. Our goal is to work together in support of participants achieving maximum independence.
It is preferred for applicants to have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, but not required.
A four-year bachelor's degree in a human service field (i.e. psychology, sociology, social work, education, etc.) is preferred, but not required to apply.
