SUMMARY: Supports principals and teachers in implementing a gifted and talented program to create a nurturing, exciting, and challenging environment for talented youth.
QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
PEL with mandatory Elementary Self Contained (SCGE) and Middle School Math endorsements.
Gifted Endorsement a plus.
Demonstrated exceptional skills in working with people.
Expertise in curriculum development and good organizational skills
Preferred: Advanced specialized training in curriculum development and teacher collaboration
Previous experience as a regular elementary teacher.
Previous experience working with gifted students.
