Description of Position

We are looking for a Clinical Supervisor to join our Co-Occurring Enhanced Residential Rehabilitation Services (COE-RRS) Program leadership team.

As clinical supervisor, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of care for our clients with co-occurring mental and substance related disorders. This is a high-impact role where you will supervise other clinicians and team members, and work with leadership to shape how our team delivers mental health and recovery services.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day clinical aspects of the program’s mental health, addiction, and recovery services in collaboration with the leadership team
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Director, Program Director, and Nurse Practitioner to ensure that COE-RRS policies, procedures, and processes meet federal and state regulations
  • Lead treatment team meetings and guide the development and review of treatment plans
  • Conduct performance evaluations of staff providing guidance, support, correction, and additional training as needed
  • Facilitate training, cross-functional training, orientation, and professional and skill development for new and current staff
  • Audit patient charts to ensure quality and accuracy in accordance with licensing and accreditation standards
  • Provide on-call crisis interventions and backup support as per team policy, while maintaining compliance with practice standards and HIPAA requirements
  • Manage a small client caseload including completing assessments, treatment and discharge planning, and obtaining prior authorization

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in social work, psychiatric rehabilitation, psychology, counseling, or closely related discipline
  • Clinical licensure (LICSW, LCSW, CADC, LADC 1, LPC) or license eligible degree
  • Five years of behavioral health experience including a combination of work as a clinician along with supervisory experience
  • Exceptional clinical, leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of co-occurring disorders and American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) 3-1 criteria
