COMMUNITY CREDIT LLC - GREENVILLE is looking for self- motivated BRANCH MANAGER!
We are a consumer loan finance company looking for individuals seeking growth opportunity.
The Assistant Manager is responsible for outside sales, credit and collections, growing the business, loan sales and documentation, task management, customer service, cashier-related activities, and meeting Operational Standards. Must be able to pass a drug and background screening.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
- Make outside sales calls, grow the business, and report customer activities
- Communicate clearly and respectfully
- Complete loan documents and relay necessary information to customers
- Make written credit recommendations for loan amounts and terms for applications
- Complete weekly progress reports and maintain daily/weekly reports
- Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with the customers
- Responsible for meeting monthly loan volume, account retentions, bad debt, and delinquency standards
- Responsible for calling customers that have past due accounts
- Prepare daily bank deposit, balance cash drawer each day, maintain a cash count record, and other cashier-related duties
- Keep office and desk clean and organized, as well as loan and sensitive information filed securely
Consumer finance experience is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
