Join our team in St. Paul as a full-time Pediatric Dental Clinic Manager! We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced dental Clinic Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional care to children. Our innovative dental clinic is designed to create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for every child and their families. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental practice management and a passion for pediatric dentistry.
Who We Are
Community Dental Care is Minnesota's largest provider of comprehensive dental care for people of all ages on public programs. We operate five clinics across the state, including in the Twin Cities, Rochester and Buffalo.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to all clinic employees to ensure high quality dentistry in a comfortable, customer service-oriented environment.
- Manage the daily operations of a 14-operatory pediatric dental clinic
- Confirm compliance with all regulatory processes (OSHA, radiation, etc.)
- Ensure that the staff, equipment, supplies, facility, and workflow support effective and efficient care delivery.
- Promote a positive culture, characterized by teamwork and effective communication.
- Oversee patient and staff scheduling to maximize patient care services.
- Address any concerns that arise and ensure positive resolution.
Position Hours:
Monday – Thursday 7:00am – 4:00pm
Friday 7:00am – 2:00pm
Qualifications:
- Licensed as a Dental Assistant (LDA) or a Dental Hygienist (LDH)
- 3 years’ experience working in a pediatric dental clinic
- Management experience in a pediatric clinic preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated expertise in dental software
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations
- CPR/AED Certificate
