What You’ll Do:
- Greet and check in patients with a smile
- Manage patient records and insurance verification
- Collect and post payments, co-pays, and balances
- Schedule appointments efficiently to keep the day flowing
- Communicate with patients about treatment plans and financial arrangements
- Answer phones and respond to inquiries with professionalism and care
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of dental front desk experience preferred
- Strong understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance
- Proficient with dental practice software (Open Dental is a plus!)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and a team player
