Job Summary: The Program Coordinator Assistant supports the Executive Director in the daily operations and administration of the community programs. This role involves assisting with program implementation, providing administrative support, and ensuring effective communication among staff and clients. The Program Coordinator Assistant plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of treatment services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of program records and documentation.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and program activities.
- Prepare and distribute materials for program sessions and events.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence related to program inquiries and logistics.
- Support the Executive Director in the development and execution of treatment plans and activities.
- Assist in the coordination and facilitation of group therapy sessions, workshops, and other program events.
- Help monitor and evaluate program outcomes, collecting and organizing data as needed.
- Administer substance testing: hair follicle, urine, skin patch, breath test
- Coordinate mentoring program and recruitment of mentors
- Provide information and support to clients regarding program services and schedules.
- Assist with client intake processes, including the collection of required documentation.
- Maintain client confidentiality and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
- Assist in managing program supplies and resources, ensuring they are available and in good condition.
- Help with the organization and maintenance of the program environment, including setting up for events and activities.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Facilitate communication between clients, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other program-related documents.
- Help coordinate volunteer activities and provide support to volunteers as needed.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data entry.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Sensitivity to and understanding of the needs of individuals struggling with substance abuse.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
