SUMMARY
Responsible for the accounts payable process including but not limited to the compilation, data entry, filing, payments, distribution of all invoices for CES and managed facilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Open mail daily.
• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to data entry.
• Review all requests for resident refunds for documentation and approval prior to entry.
• Code and key all invoices into PCC or DSSI, as appropriate.
• Processes payments for all invoices, employee expense reports, petty cash funds, and manual check requests as required.
• Maintain all accounts payable reports and files.
• Act as accounts payable liaison between CES and managed facilities.
• Distribute all checks by required method (mail, overnight, etc.).
• Maintain CES petty cash fund.
• Review vendor statements and performs reconciliations as necessary.
• Print vendor invoices from emails as needed.
• Act as backup for Payroll Specialist when necessary.
• Communicate with all contacts in a courteous and professional manner.
• Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
• Train new facility personnel on the accounts payable process.

Requirements
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outgoing and energetic personality.
• Ability to multi-task while being detail-oriented.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Experience with MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred.
• Experience with PointClickCare.
