We're excited to expand our amazing team and are on the lookout for some friendly, dedicated individuals to join us as Residential Overnight Case Managers at our Crisis Stabilization Facility!
In this role, you'll have the unique opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients who are experiencing serious and persistent mental illness. You'll work collaboratively with these individuals to create structured recovery plans, helping them access essential services such as psychiatry, medication, housing, and substance abuse treatment.
Your evenings will be spent in a supportive environment where you'll utilize your skills to provide essential support, document progress, and interact with the treatment team and community stakeholders. You'll also lead skill-building and recreational groups to promote recovery!
This position is onsite at our beautiful Kaneohe facility, which operates 24/7. Enjoy the flexibility of working overnight shifts, with full-time options available! Your shifts will run from 11 PM to 7 AM. The best part? No on-call duties are required, allowing you to recharge after your shifts!

Requirements
- A High School Diploma/GED or equivalent is required.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Health, Nursing, Counseling (or similar degree with coursework in psychology) is preferred.
- Preferred 6-12 months of experience (work, volunteer, or a combination) working with populations such as severely mentally ill individuals, developmentally disabled, elderly, or children.
- Access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred. Non-driving positions are available at a different rate.
- You should be a great communicator, organized, and able to remain calm under pressure!
