Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist
Objective: The Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist is responsible for driving the creative execution of marketing materials and design needs to support internal and external stakeholders across print and digital platforms. This role will work closely with marketing teammates and business stakeholders to conceptualize, design, and produce compelling visual assets that support Community First Bank of Indiana’s brand presence and business growth.
The ideal candidate has 2 years of experience in graphic design or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse, professional marketing materials. This person should be both creative and collaborative, able to translate abstract ideas and stakeholder feedback into high-impact designs, and manage projects from concept through final production. This candidate will be comfortable learning banking and investment industry regulations to incorporate into projects. This candidate will also be a team player, willing to provide support for various marketing and outreach initiatives that the department handles as needed.
Classification: This position is a Full-Time Exempt position who reports directly to the Director of Marketing.

Creative Development & Concepting
• Generate creative concepts that align with the bank’s brand identity, marketing strategy, and industry positioning.
• Work collaboratively with marketing team and business stakeholders to ensure designs effectively communicate key messages and achieve business goals.
• Provide design leadership and direction, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
• Stay up to date on design trends and best practices
Design & Production of Marketing Materials
• Design and produce a range of marketing assets, including:
- Print collateral (brochures, annual report, t-shirts, event materials, etc.)
-Digital graphics (social media graphics, email elements, banner ads, PowerPoint, etc.)
-Website elements (landing pages, web visuals, etc.)
• Manage the proofing, revision, and final production process, working with vendors and internal teams as needed.
• Build appropriate timelines, partnerships, and working knowledge to ensure that deliverables remain compliant with regulatory and legal requirements.
• Provide guidance to non-designers, helping them understand and refine creative direction.
• Balance multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery without sacrificing quality.
Marketing Team Support
• Assisting with the setup, facilitation and completion of marketing events (for example, Annual Shareholder Meeting, Customer Appreciation Events, etc.).
• Undertake other projects and tasks assigned by the Director of Marketing, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in handling diverse responsibilities.
• Build a working knowledge of products and the company through close collaboration with marketing and other cross-functional teams.

Education/Experience:
• 2 years of experience in graphic design, creative production, or a related field.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
• Portfolio of design work, showcasing print and digital design work.
• Knowledge of print production requirements, including file setup, color management, and working with vendors.
Core Competencies:
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present ideas and accept constructive feedback.
• Video production or photography skills a plus
