Position: Private Banker
Objective: We are seeking a dedicated Private Banker to join our team. This role involves working closely with all areas of the financial institution, including collaborating with advisors in our Wealth Management team. Private Banker will provide personalized banking services to high-net-worth clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Classification: This is a Full-Time exempt position and reports to the Investment Department Manager.
Job Location: Howard, Hamilton, and Marion County
Essential Functions of a Private Banker:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Provide personalized banking services, including account management, lending, and financial planning.
- Collaborate with Wealth Management advisors to support clients’ comprehensive financial needs.
- Assist clients with banking transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Conduct regular reviews of clients’ financial situations and provide tailored recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies.
- Coordinate with various departments to meet clients’ needs and enhance service delivery.
- Address and resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Network with potential clients and industry professionals to expand the client base and promote the bank’s services.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to stay updated on market trends and build professional relationships.

Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred; however, candidates with experience in a financial role or strong sales experience are also encouraged to apply.
